We are impressed with the incredible experience with Rucker Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and the office ambiance was cozy and comfortable. The whole experience was a breeze with Caitlin taking the time to explain the treatment plan thoroughly, addressing all our concerns. My daughter’s braces were surprisingly applied the same day on our first appointment. Dr. Rucker was highly skilled and his staff were friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful service. I’ve never thought I’d be back in braces during my 30s, yet here I am. I’m two weeks into treatment and it’s been the best experience so far. The office is stunning, and the team is just as great. I appreciate them taking the time to answer my silly questions and allowing my wire to be removed for hassle free cleanings. Highly recommend!!

WOW- we chose this office because of the staff and how nice the office is. We also chose them because of their technology.We came in to get braces put on this morning and I was absolutely impressed by the staff again. Rosie walked my Son through every single thing she was doing, which I’m sure created a more relaxed environment forHim. Dr Rucker, charming as always, was really friendly and patient- we left with all the information we needed, all questions answered, and it was just a really great experience. We are very happy we chose this Office for our Son’s braces.

This was our second visit to Rucker Orthodontics and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Everything is extremely organized. My son was nervous about getting braces but Dr. Rucker and his staff made the process very smooth.The office is large and very clean. After my son’s braces were placed he was taken to a swag room to choose something. He chose a red hat!!Overall we look forward to the process of his teeth being straightened!

Consult and braces all in the same day. This is child #2 with Dr. Rucker. The office staff is extremely professional, courteous, and always positive when you speak with them. Taylor is amazing. She’s so kind and patient. Everyone in this office is just amazing. Words that describe how much this place feels like family my daughter has been always scared of braces and instead, she has allowed both John and Ryan, the orthodontics to support her through this journey and trust and believe they are so comforting to your little ones. They embrace what they stand for people travel from all over the world to come to this orthodontics office, and that in itself says so much . Seeing how active Dr Rucker is in the community, this motivated my wife and I to seek a consultation for our eldest daughter’s braces. Jami sat us down and discussed our daughter’s ortho plan and price which exceeded our expectations compared to other orthodontists in the area. My wife, my daughter, and I were confident and happily agreed to the treatment plan and my daughter walked out of that consultation with Damon braces out on in less than an hour. Special shout out to Maddy who assisted Dr Rucker with the braces procedure. Maddy made our daughter feel extremely comfortable. Front staff ladies were great as well. You can tell the staff here thoroughly enjoy their work environment.
