Very professional and efficient! We are one week in and so far so good.

I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with Rucker Ortho. I just finished Invisalign with them and it was just the best experience. I had brought my 2 year old daughter in there for one of the visits and she was cranky so one of the staff members asked if she could help me with her. And she played with my daughter very sweetly while I was in the chair. I also got married mid process for Invisalign and they rearranged some of the process because they wanted me to feel most comfortable with my smile day of the wedding. The staff was incredible, doctors are very kind, talented and thorough, scheduling was easy, and the office was welcoming and always clean.

Our experience at Rucker orthodontist has been great! My daughter just got her braces on yesterday and the process was smooth. From the initial consultation to the placement of the braces all staff have been informative and very friendly. We love the use of all the new technology for braces. We will be recommending Rucker orthodontist to anyone who ask.

Warm, friendly staff from front desk through the office. Mia did a fabulous job with my little one who was very nervous. Mia took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all of our questions and put my daughter right at ease. Thank you Mia!

Wow! We had such an a great experience with Rucker Orthodontics! I have only heard great things about them but it completely exceeded my expectations. It is so clean, and the staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. My daughter and I loved the beachy vibes and cool playlist they had in the background. It was really cool that she was able to get her braces on the same day, and the staff helping her were the best. I truly couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and I’m so happy we were referred here.

My son had his first appt for his braces. It was a great experience. Staff and Dr were very friendly and answered any questions we had. I can’t wait to see my sons teeth transformation.

Just got my 4th and last child into braces by Dr Rucker! Alexis (sp?) was very professional, caring and sweet while getting my daughter polished and prepped for braces. As always, the entire experience went smooth and comfortable along with some cool extras at the end and great information on how to care for her braces. My daughter was so happy with the results!

Hands down the best Ortho in our area. My son is wrapping up his only phase of braces and my daughter who is now in her second phase. All of our experiences at Dr. Rucker’s office have exceeded our expectations. Both offices are clean, modern, and well-organized, and scheduling has always been so easy and accommodating. Our experience at Rucker Orthodontics has been beyond great. My son, Noah Ayala (12), is costeophobic and can become very anxious in medical and dental environments. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, patience, and genuine care.

The dental assistant was incredibly supportive and compassionate, taking extra time to comfort Noah and guide him through everything in a way that made him feel safe and understood. Her kindness truly stood out and made a huge difference for him.

The dentists and front desk staff have been just as wonderful—welcoming, thorough, and always willing to explain things clearly. The entire environment feels calm, reassuring, and family-centered, which is such a gift when your child struggles with fear or anxiety.

We are deeply grateful for the care and respect shown to our son. Rucker Orthodontics is a place where patients are truly seen and treated with heart. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Just received my clear aligners after the holidays. Due to the holidays, it took longer than expected to receive my aligners, but Dr. Rucker called me personally to apologize and reassure me. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

3rd and final child to go through Rucker Ortho! Super excited about the new Murrieta location. Very convenient and it’s a gorgeous office. Millennial parents will dig the soundtrack too. Staff is kind and very good with kiddos.

So glad we decided to come to Rucker. We got their name from a family friend and they did not disappoint! Check in was smooth even though they were really busy. The free consultation was quick and we got our daughter’s braces on the same day. The staff is knowledgeable and just a lot of fun. Rosie and Dr. John were an awesome team!

Rucker is the best choice for ortho!!! Everyone was so kind and informative. They made the education process easy and visual. They use top of the line techniques and technology and in doing so my son was able to skip a painful process the other offices had insisted on. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to be their patient, and with 0% financing it was an affordable solution. We actually look forward to seeing them again 🙂 Beautiful office and all personnel are so friendly. Rosie is an experienced Technician and Dr Ryan is cool, which put my son at ease. Kids deserve the best care and this is the place to receive it!!!
