I am so in love with this office and the staff. It’s our first time here and we are putting braces on for my 8 year old daughter. Mia was our tech today and she was AMAZING! The way she spoke to my daughter was super fun, encouraging, but honest with symptoms. Her teaching after she got them put on was very informative and attention to detail. She did make it cool and educational for my daughter so she made sure to understand. I’m really happy we chose this office. Lastly, Dr. Rucker is so chill and nice. I can’t wait to see her transformation. Thank you Dr. Rucker and staff!!!

The staff is extremely pleasant! Everyone from the front reception desk to the dentist and everyone in between! I drive from Victorville to Temecula and it is 100% worth the drive. I have 2 sons that are patients here and I’m glad that we made this decision. Just got braces for my 3rd son, and I do not regret my decision! Happy to have found such an awesome practice!

Can not say enough great things about Ryan Rucker. The guy is always happy, helpful and super smart. His chair side manners are fantastic and he remembers everything from your kids names and ages to sports and grandkids. My kids, husband and myself would all definitely recommend him. 1 thing to note that would have been helpful for me to know is that their hours are only till 4:30 so there is no late appointments ever. They are 100% family and I do love that. I just never asked their hours before signing everyone up so we would go a long time sometimes before being seen. (We all have weird schedules) other than that the office is beautiful, staff is awesome and wait times are usually nonexistent.

Amazing staff. Beautiful facility and super clean

I called this morning to see if we could come in for a consultation and they had a cancellation for same day. The lady I spoke with was professional and so helpful. We arrived at the Murrieta location which is beautiful and clean! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had conversations with several staff members and enjoyed it. Ryan was awesome and communicative. My daughter and I loved our experience and i will bring my son and refer anyone we know here. Thank you Rucker Ortho!!!

Place to amazing and friendly highly recommend

We are thrilled with our experience so far. My nine year old who has exceptional crowding, had her braces put on today with doctor Ryan Rucker. He has been extremely patient and answered all the questions I could come up with. Care coordinator Caitlyn helped us tremendously with a financial breakdown payment options. We took advantage of the pay in full discount and are pleased with the affordability and atmosphere of the office all around. Alexis was very caring in assisting with the preparation of the braces and took her time making sure my daughter was comfortable through the entire process.

Rucker Orthodontics has exceeded my expectations. When I visited the office for a second opinion, they said everything I needed to hear—before I even asked my questions.

My main priority wasn’t simply straight teeth; it was my daughter’s airway and breathing. The system they use to align her teeth has already improved her sleeping posture and breathing in just one month.

We also deeply appreciated the financial transparency throughout this process. Unexpected costs can be scary, but they alleviated those concerns and made everything very clear.

The office itself is beautiful and welcoming, with large windows that create a peaceful environment and helped ease any worries we had. The staff are attentive, helpful, and super friendly.

Overall, we’ve had such a positive experience at Rucker Orthodontics!

What really stood out to me is their use of the latest technology and equipment, which gave me confidence that my son is receiving the very best care available. Everything feels modern, efficient, and done with precision.

The teamwork between the doctor and the assistant is something I’ve never seen before—it’s like watching a well-coordinated dance routine. Their motions are so seamless and practiced that it’s clear they have perfected working together. It made the whole process smooth and reassuring, and my son felt completely at ease.

Dr Rucker and his staff are so great at what they do! We are returning to Rucker to complete Phase 2 of my son’s braces. Brittany answered my questions prior to my son’s appointment and Kenna was so patient and gentle with him, she was very thorough in explaining what she was doing while he was in the chair. We look forward to working with the Rucker staff during the process of getting a more beautiful, brighter smile for my son!

Everyone from the front office staff to the orthodontist themselves were so friendly and welcoming. They go over everything and to make sure you understand the treatment plan. They have flexible payment options if needed. Hands down the best experience we’ve had.

Dr Rucker is absolutely amazing! Their office staff (Rosie) is the best and super communicative. Made my son feel so much better about braces. Super friendly, quick, such a beautiful office! So glad to have my family come here.
